Incentive
Incentives are a kind of reward that is given by MLM businesses to effective members. This is intended to encourage and motivate the membership and boost downline effectiveness. The intent of offering incentives is to motivate members to sell company output, to ensure the highest-performing distributors are rewarded for their extra effort, and to ensure that the company culture is both fun and goal-oriented. Incentives are commonly given to members who have the highest volume, the highest increase in volume, or the highest increase in volume percentage in a given period of time (common time periods include weeks, months and fiscal quarters). Incentive distribution is determined by other factors as well, including the quantity of sales, the quantity of recruits, the number of people they can convince to join them at network marketing conferences and meetings, and training course completion.
